Do I need to be home during the work? Not necessarily. Many of our clients provide access and go about their day while we complete the work.
Our team is respectful, professional, and keeps the workspace clean and secure at all times. We’ll stay in communication throughout the project and provide updates as needed.

- Client-supplied materials: We’ll provide a detailed list of exactly what to purchase.
- Luzo-supplied materials: We can source and supply materials for you, typically with a small markup.
How do condo rules and building requirements work? We’re experienced working in condos across Toronto and understand the typical requirements.
This may include:
- Booking elevators
- Working within allowed hours
- Protecting floors and common areas
- Providing insurance documentation if required
We coordinate with you (and property management if needed) to ensure everything runs smoothly and complies with building rules.

How it all started
Luzo Renovations and General Maintenance was founded through a combination of hands-on experience, formal schooling, and a genuine passion for the construction renovation field. With a strong technical foundation and industry knowledge, the business was created to deliver dependable, high-quality renovation and maintenance services.
The desire to work in construction comes from an appreciation for building, problem-solving, and creating results that stand the test of time. Equal in importance to the work itself is the commitment to building lasting relationships with clients, based on trust, clear communication, and consistent quality.
The name Luzo carries deep personal meaning, inspired by my mother, Blanca luz, whose influence and support helped shape my work ethic and values. Her emphasis on hard work, integrity, and respect continues to serve as the foundation of the business and guides every project and client relationship.
